Alexandro Bernabei, a Celtic player, has been arrested after an altercation in central Glasgow.
After the encounter, the 21-year-old was arrested by police and arrested early Monday morning. Despite allegations that he was arrested for alleged drunk driving, police were unable to confirm the details of the arrest.
According to The Daily Record, he is accused of taking part in a brawl that caused a disturbance. Just hours before his arrest, he was an unused substitute in Celtic’s 5-0 triumph over Kilmarnock at Rugby Park.
A 21-year-old gentleman was arrested in Glasgow city center at dawn on Monday 15 August, according to a Police Scotland spokeswoman. Investigations are still being made.
