A reality documentary series on the Discovery Channel titled Alaskan Bush People follows a group of people living alone in the woods, far from the comforts and connections of modern society.
The Brown family, consisting of parents Billy and Ami and their ever-growing brood, must find their way through the harsh wilderness to establish and sustain their lives. The show talks about the cast’s personal lives as well as the crazy things they do. The only people in the isolated family are the parents and their seven adult children.
Bear Brown, whose full name is Solomon Isiah Freedom “Bear” Brown, is one of the seven children and a member of the show’s cast. The most important thing he does for the family is hunting for meat. Bear is a very important part of the Brown family, but his relationship with Raiven Adams has been one of the best parts of his life and the lives of those who follow him. So it makes sense that his fans would be wondering if they’re still together. If you are interested in the same thing, we can help you.
The book Alaskan Bush People Journey by Bear Brown and Raiven Adams
Bear and Raiven have had one of the most interesting and difficult relationships ever, so fans of the show are very interested in what’s going on with them now. First, they first met in 2018 at the wedding of Bear’s brother Noah Brown. They liked each other immediately. At the wedding, Raiven’s mother was the official photographer and he was there to help her. Raiven and Bear began dating shortly after they first met. In August 2019, they announced to the world that they were dating.
Soon after, Bear and Raiven announced on Instagram that they were getting married. But after just two weeks of dating, they said on social media that they were splitting up. They said it was mutual and they would remain friends. However, the next day they got a big surprise when they learned that Raiven was pregnant. “Although we are no longer together, we are still friends and committed to raising a healthy and happy child,” said the 35-year-old hunter. They got back together for a short time in October 2019 before calling it quits for good.
But things got complicated when, in February 2020, Raiven asked a judge to stop Bear from doing “abusive” things. She dropped the charges just three days before giving birth to River Anthony six weeks in early March 2020. Afterwards, Bear filed for joint custody of their child, but Raiven wanted full custody of the child. This led to a long legal battle. But after six months, when Bear finally met his son, the two were back together forever in September 2020.

Bear and Raiven: Are you still together?
Bear Brown and Raiven Adams are still together and their relationship is going well. The couple actually got married on January 16, 2022. After going through many ups and downs in their relationship, they have been doing great. They’ve come a long way from celebrating their son’s first birthday and going to festivals as a family to eventually becoming “husband and wife.” Bear told People how he felt about his marriage: “It feels great to be a married man. I have loved Raiven for a long time and it is an honor and a privilege to finally be able to call her my wife.”
Bear added, “She’s the most beautiful woman I’ve ever seen and she still makes me gasp.” Equally happy about her big day, Raiven said, “I was so glad that our friends and family could come.” Bear was very handsome and I’m glad we started a family. But in March 2022, they had further problems when Bear was arrested on fourth-degree domestic violence charges following an argument with Raiven. He was locked up all weekend before being released at his own risk. Later, Bear struck a plea deal.
Raiven asked the court to later drop the case. Since then, the couple seems to have bonded and their marriage is going well. In happier news, in May 2022, the beautiful couple announced that they were expecting their second child. Bear shared the news on social media: “Raiven is pregnant!!!! One of the best times of my life was when I became a father!!! It’s very early and we’re praying for a healthy baby, but I couldn’t be happier to welcome another child into the world!”
Bear and Raiven told their fans and loved ones a few months later that their second child is also a boy. So, as the lovely couple prepares for another great adventure, we can only wish them more happiness and peace in the future, both as people and as parents.
Is Alaskan Bush People fake or a real show?
The Brown family prides itself on living off the land, but many people think Alaskan Bush People are made up.
“They’re posing as something they’re not,” said one Facebook user. “They don’t live in the bush; They only go there to film scenes.” They stayed with the Discovery crew in Hoonah. The people in the area are building a hut.”
After the family faced 24 counts of unsworn forgery and theft for lying about living in Alaska to get state aid, there was even evidence that appeared to show they had never lived there full-time.
But Patriarch Billy has denied the rumours, telling Radar Online: ‘What can you say to people like that? We call them “Bobs in the basement”. That’s what we call people who sit at the computer all day and do nothing else. If you have nothing else to do, I feel sorry for you.”

Why Did the Bushmen of Alaska Leave?
After Ami Brown was diagnosed with stage 3 lung cancer, her family was very open about her decision to leave Alaska and move south.
Now that her cancer is gone, she has to see a doctor every three months. That means the Browns won’t be able to live entirely off the grid again.
Billy said, “We didn’t have much choice in what we were doing.” “The doctors knew we couldn’t go back [to Alaska] because it would be too difficult to get her there and set up what she would need if something went wrong. It’s too dangerous now.”
Where do the Alaskan Bushmen live now?
That means Billy, Ami and their kids now live on a 400-acre homestead in Tonasket, Washington. The city has a population of about 995 and is located about 24 miles south of the Canadian border.
If you want to get there, it takes about four and a half hours to drive there from Seattle and three hours from Spokane.
But the Browns are very happy in their new home. “We have gone through many difficult times. Billy Brown said, “It felt like everything was catching up to us, there was darkness everywhere and it was over.” “Then I could see Washington.”
Ami agreed, saying: “It’s almost like being reborn and starting over. God gave me a second chance.
Health news about Ami Brown
When Ami was diagnosed with lung cancer in 2016, she only had a 3 percent chance of survival. But she beat the odds. By December 2017, her family informed her that the cancer was gone, although it had spread to her back.
Ami said: “I’m still a bit weak and tired and I get sick sometimes but I’m walking around the house now.” “It was so bad and the radiation treatment was so painful. It hurt so bad even to take a sip of water and I couldn’t eat. It got worse over time, the pain.”
Skeptics said her family faked her illness because she was getting better so quickly, but producers vehemently denied it.
Discovery executive vice president Laurie Goldberg told Radar Online that it was disgusting that anyone would say her cancer wasn’t real or that it was made up for the show. “Ami’s battle with cancer is real. Her chemotherapy and radiation were tough, but she got through it and is fine now.”
Now Ami has to go into town for regular checkups, and she’ll have to do that for the rest of her life.
“For the rest of my life, I’ll have to go for a scan every three months to see if it’s back,” Ami said. “I’ll remember it for the rest of my life. But I want to tell people to enjoy every moment and go through every moment with God because He knows what it’s about. Never stop believing in anything.”
Amora Jean “Bird” Brown, who stars on the Discovery show Alaskan Bush People, is known, if not known, for keeping to herself. She doesn’t have an Instagram account and she hasn’t shared anything on Facebook since 2015. Then what’s going on with Bird? What do we know about her life and what not?
On Alaskan Bush People, Amora Jean “Snowbird” Brown, also known as “Bird” Brown, is the eldest daughter of Billy and Ami Brown’s seven children. Everyone thought her five older brothers would help take care of Bird because she has five older brothers. But Bird turned out to be a very independent member of the family, just like her mother, whose name she shares.
Alaskan Bush People star Bird’s official Discovery bio says she spends a lot of time outdoors in nature. She quickly climbed a mountain and looked for animals in the meadows there. She enjoys writing and drawing by a river or creek when she is not hunting or fishing. She cares deeply about nature and loves it very much. She loves animals, so people know she’d rather hang out with them than people. In fact, she lives in the same house as about 20 cats. Bear, Bird’s brother, says the cats hunt with her, which he has never seen before. All of Bird’s brothers agree that she has some sort of magical power over the cats.
