Kim Lee is often referred to as the “Asian Kim Kardashian” due to her stunning looks, massive net worth, massive internet presence, and dramatic love troubles. but she is so much more. After all, it’s been made abundantly clear in all three seasons of Bling Empire on Netflix up to this point that she’s not just a DJ, but a model who’s fully committed to carving out a special place in this world. Nonetheless, her personal experiences are among the central plot aspects of this reality production; So let’s explore her potential current relationship with Lewis Tan in more detail, may we?
The adventures of Kim Lee and Lewis Tan in the bling empire
The Vietnamese DJ and the half-Chinese, half-English actor have admittedly known each other for quite some time; nonetheless, when they first met, neither felt any feelings of love or natural physical attraction for the other. So much is made clear by the fact that in the second part there was an irrefutable bond between her and her Korean co-star Kevin Kreider, while showing his interest in Jamie Xie. In the first episode, he made it clear that he was interested in her. However, neither of these worked out for a variety of reasons, including Kim’s trust issues and Jamie’s general disinterest in dating, which allowed Kim to hang out with Lewis. Jamie’s lack of interest in dating in general also contributed to the failure of both relationships.

The reality is that Kim had already begun her journey to healing by the time season 3 rolled around, essentially allowing her to not only learn what her true aspirations were, but to act accordingly. It’s possible that’s why she agreed to meet Lewis for a casual boxing workout, just so the session would be full of flirtatious comments and innuendos instead of any explicit moves that would push boundaries. She admitted her friend is actually quite attractive, but said she thinks “simple”. [wanting] get out and have fun.” I have a strong feeling that this is exactly what my life requires at this point.
As such, Kim and Lewis’ conversations consisted entirely of lighter banter, at least to the point where they broached the topic of their zodiac signs, to the point where she asked him to explore Gemini and Aquarius’ general level of compatibility. This is when they became aware of the potential levels of sexual intimacy between them and were unable to control their playful banter. However, they soon got serious enough to actually get to know each other on a personal level. When Kim’s friends later inquired exactly what was going on between the two, she just blushed instead of answering directly, further contributing to the impression that they were much closer than first thought.
Are Kim Lee and Lewis Tan Dating?
If we’re being completely honest, the fact that Kim brought Lewis as her plus to a party hosted by Kane Lim lent credence to the notion that the two might be close to officially dating; Despite this, they never addressed the situation. We use the term “abyss” because, despite the fact that they seemed comfortable, they weren’t that easy on talking to each other or trying to trick each other when they were already together. Even though he was the one asking and all she did was be brutally honest and eventually tell him he wasn’t her type, the fact was that she briefly left the table mid-meal to talking to Kevin, kinda weird.
Unfortunately, when it comes to the question of whether or not Kim and Lewis are really dating, things are a bit murky as neither the famous movie star nor the DJ have publicly admitted or denied anything as of this writing. However, as they continue to follow each other on social media and communicate with each other in this way, there is a possibility that they will get together in the future. At least that’s the hopeful hope we have. But one thing is for sure: Kim and Lewis continue to have a wonderful relationship, regardless of the status of their romantic relationship.
