Warning: The following synopsis of Big Mouth Episode 16 contains spoilers.
The sixteenth episode of Big Mouth begins with Do-ha and Chang-ho competing in the mayoral election. While Mi-ho and Jerry are in the process of introducing themselves, they make their way to the fish factory and sneak onto the property without a second thought. The fight breaks out and apparently they capture the man who was in charge of the fish farm. Meanwhile, Chang-ho comes to the realization that the discussion itself is rigged.
Mi-ho doesn’t threaten the person in charge with water from the farm; Instead, he orders him to reveal the information. Meanwhile, Do-ha brings up the cryptocurrency case and asks Chang-ho whether or not he will withdraw from the campaign if the allegation turns out to be correct. A twinkle appeared in his eyes and we all know exactly what that means.
However, behind the scenes of the argument, Chae-bong freaks out at the possibility of the fish farm becoming involved in this mess, and he rushes to find a method to prevent the intruders from causing further damage. During the discussion, Chang-ho doesn’t stop himself from bringing up the most uncomfortable topics like NF9 and his grandfather to make Do-ha feel uncomfortable in his seat.
Do-ha appears excited and uncomfortable, and it seems like he needs a moment to collect himself before continuing. Meanwhile, Mi-ho and the crew receive a recording of the man in charge’s confession, in which he tells them practically everything about the fish, the water, the radiation, and the money NK Chemicals is giving them. In addition, in the yard they collect everything that could serve as evidence and take it with them.
After gathering everything, Mi-ho makes the decision to transport all the evidence to the TV station. However, they have trouble getting to them, and Chun-sik recommends that Jerry and Mi-ho flee while he and the others try to stop the others. Chae-bong follows them and Du-geun makes the decision to call the police. Meanwhile, Soon-tae gathers all the information and promises to take care of everything himself.
Chae-bong believes that if the car Mi-ho was driving is stopped on the street, they have little chance of surviving. The unfortunate criminals are given a police escort and removed from the crime scene in time, much to the horror of the perpetrators of the crime. After it’s all over, Mi-Father Ho calls her, and in the midst of an emotional moment, she reveals to her father, who is unaware of the situation, that she is very glad.
