Fabio Jakobsen, a cyclist from the Netherlands, rides in the UCI WorldTeam Quick-Step Alpha Vinyl Team. Jakobsen triumphed in two stages of the 2019 Vuelta and Espana, including the crucial stage of Madrid on stage 21.
