According to the Daily Mail, Hayden opened up about her agonizing decision to give up custody in a recent appearance with Red Table Talk on Facebook Watch. The 33-year-old actress claimed that she started using drugs at the age of 15 and that her addiction got worse after having her daughter, Kaya, in 2014.
In an inside look at the People magazine episode, Hayden claimed her ex-boyfriend made her give up on their daughter.
Having recently completed trauma therapy and inpatient treatment, she also indicated they would reconsider the custody agreement if she is being treated for her addiction and postpartum depression.
