Emilia Fazzalari is CEO and co-founder of Cinco Spirits Group and Cincoro Tequila. She is married to Wyc Grousbeck. She made and was responsible for tequila, showing that it’s more than just a label on a bottle and an award-winning spirit.
Fazzalari is an entrepreneur, just like her parents, who came to the US from Italy. Being an entrepreneur, says the businesswoman, is in her blood.
Emilia worked for Bloomberg LP for more than 20 years as a financial products and media analyst before starting her own business. The Boston Celtics wife owner started working at Bloomberg in the early 1990s and left Lexington Avenue in 2011.
She runs the tequila business and serves on the boards of directors of Brigham and Women’s Hospital and Boston Children’s Hospital.
Their company’s name, Cincoro Tequila, comes from the Spanish word cincoro, which means “five gold” (cinco means “five” and oro means “gold”). This name honors the five founding partners and their goal of making tequila the gold standard. Cincoro Tequila is made from 100% Weber Blue Agave from the high and lowlands of the state of Jalisco.
Wyc Grousbeck and his wife Emilia Fazzalari work together
As previously stated, Wyc, Emila’s husband, owns the Boston Celtics. He and his second wife are also involved in a number of businesses. Cinco Spirits Group LLC was founded by Campbell, Kelsey’s stepmother, father, Michael Jordan, Jeanie Buss and Wes Edens.
Grousbeck founded and ran Boston Basketball Partners LLC, which bought the Boston Celtics in 2002 for $360 million. Prior to that, he was a partner at venture capital firm Highland Capital Partners for seven years. In 2008, the Celtics won their seventeenth NBA championship.
In addition to his duties with the Celtics, Grousbeck became chairman of the Massachusetts Eye and Ear Infirmary in 2010. This is the largest research and clinical hospital in the world, whose main focus is research into blindness and deafness.
He also started and led a $250 million capital campaign that helped build Mass Eye and Ear into a world-class hospital and join the well-known Mass General Brigham Health Network.
Ever since it was revealed that the team’s head coach, Ime Udoka, was having an affair with a staffer named Kathleen Nimmo Lynch, the media has focused on Emilia’s husband Wyc and his NBA team.
During his press conference, Grouseback spoke about how concerned he is about the situation and what it meant for the Celtic organization. With Ime suspended for the entire 2022-2023 season, he hasn’t slept well lately and likely won’t sleep well for the next three years either.

Kelsey and Campbell are Kelsea’s stepchildren
Emilia is the mother of two stepchildren that her husband had before she married Corinne Grousbeck. Additionally, the Celtics owner and his first wife had two children, Campbell and Kelsey Grousbeck.
The Boston Globe says Fazzalari has two children of his own. But she didn’t tell anyone much about it and kept it a secret.
Grousbeck and Emilia have been married for a long time, but have no children yet.
Campbell Grousbeck can’t see very well
Campbell, Wyc’s son, was born in 1993. He was born with a severe vision problem. He wore glasses in hopes that his eyesight would improve, but it didn’t.
Because of this, Campbell was treated differently by other people from a young age. His mother Corinne then started a social change campaign called BlindNewWorld to break down social and emotional barriers between people who can see and those who can’t.
Wyc’s son has also tried to stay out of the limelight. He should be fine at work and in his personal life I hope.

Wyc Grousbeck’s daughter used to be an athlete
Kelsey, Wye’s daughter, was an athlete in high school. She was a member of the varsity crew at the Noble and Greenough School for four years.
Kelsey won gold at the 2008 National Rowing Youth Championships in Cincinnati. Her father used to row for the Princeton lightweights. He was in the 1983 boat that never lost a race.
Kelsey and Matt Cosby were married on July 15, 2018 at Camp Jabberwocky Beach. She has been volunteering there since she was 13 because her blind brother inspired her to do so.
Kelsey is also currently working as a counselor at the camp. She worked at the Perkins School for the Blind as a market research analyst. She also holds a Masters of Business Administration from Boston University’s Questrom School of Business.
In 2017 Emilia Fazzalari married Wyc Grousbeck
After 28 years of marriage, Wyc divorced his first wife Corinne and married Emilia. The wedding was small and only close friends and family members were there.
Fazzalari and Grousbeck don’t use social media, making it hard to guess what they’re doing.
Although the couple don’t have children of their own, Kelsey and Campbell, Emilia’s stepchildren, may be on good terms with her. The kids must be happy when they’re not on the news. They must also live near their grandparents H. Sukey Grousbeck and Irving Grousbeck.
Grousbeck’s kids look like they’re doing fine and must have a great life away from the media.

Emilia is a co-owner of an award-winning tequila brand. She is 5 feet 7 inches tall and plays both the housewife and businesswoman roles perfectly. She went to the University of Michigan and earned degrees in economics and psychology. Emilia joined Moody’s Income Research as a fixed income researcher in 1987, where she remained for 21 years.
CNBC says that after leaving Bloomberg, she went to work for a company called Poten and Partners. The company provides information to the gas, oil and shipping markets around the world.
Grousbeck, on the other hand, attended high school in Dedham, Massachusetts, and received his BA from Princeton University. In 1983 he was a member of the lightweight team that went undefeated and won both the Ivy League and national rowing championships.
Likewise, he received a JD from the University of Michigan in 1986 and an MBA (Miller Scholar) from Stanford Graduate School of Business in 1992.
Emilia Fazzalari and her husband have a combined net worth of $400 million
The power couple’s business success has made them big bucks. The NU Herald says most of Wyc Grousbeck’s wealth comes from owning the Boston Celtics and having been successful in the business for many years.
In 2002 Wyc bought the Boston Celtics and in 2008 they won their 17th championship. He helped found Causeway Media Partners in 2013 and has been responsible for more than $340 million in assets primarily in sports and technology.
His company also owns Flosports, Zwift Formula E Holdings, Omaze and SeatGeek. Wyc is friendly, just like the rest of his family. The beginnings of Cincoro Tequlia
In the summer of 2016, Fazzalari and her then-boyfriend, Wyc Grousbeck, hosted an informal dinner in Lower Manhattan for five former rivals-turned-friends. They drank tequila and talked late into the night. Over dinner someone came up with the idea that everyone should work together to make the best tequila anyone has ever tasted. Fazzalari, Wyc Grousbeck, the majority owner of the Boston Celtics, Jeanie Buss, the majority owner of the Los Angeles Lakers, Wes Edens, the majority owner of the Milwaukee Bucks, and Michael Jordan, who is a Hall of Fame basketball player and majority owner of the Charlotte Hornets, made up the group of five.
Cinco Spirits Group is the name of the group’s company, which comes from the Spanish word for “five”. Fazzalari and well-known business leader Wes Edens have both been named co-CEOs of the new company. At the end of the first year, Edens suggested that Fazzalari should be the only CEO, which she has been since.
