In March 2009, Greenfield, an adorable auburn haired author and lawyer who attended Yale University, gave birth to a sweet child. Greenfield has managed to escape the limelight despite the turmoil surrounding Jeffrey Toobin’s departure from the New Yorker.

Toobin and Greenfield had a long-standing illicit connection. Greenfield gave birth to his child in 2008. Toobin offered her an abortion for money. However, Greenfield rebuffed him and he threatened her.

Despite Toobin’s initial denials, Casey gave birth to their son, Roderick Henry, in 2009. After a DNA test revealed Toobin was the child’s biological father, a Manhattan family court judge ordered him to pay child support. Casey Greenfield is currently a single mother and is supported by her family.

In his statement, he expressed his regrets to his family and friends and claimed it was an accident. I made a humiliatingly foolish mistake by thinking I was off camera. The following month, Toobin was fired from The New Yorker, and as a result, he was permanently banned from participating in its shows and podcasts.

Longtime CNN legal analyst Jeffrey Toobin officially announced his exit from the network late Friday. Just 14 months earlier, CNN had welcomed him back after the infamous Zoom event that destroyed his career and brought shame to the network.
