He was responsible for the management of the most important Power of One new business deals for well-known customers such as Mercedes-Benz and NIVEA. He then introduced new agency models that make the most of data, creativity and technology to help them grow their businesses.
Justin has extensive experience working for clients around the world and has also been at the forefront of changes that have helped clients grow. He has worked as a senior marketing leader for well-known brands such as Orange, Nokia and Coca-Cola in APAC, EMEA and the USA.

Justin is the Global CEO of Publicis Emil, an agency model created by Publicis Groupe to help Daimler transform its marketing and business. The model is based on the transformative “Power of One” proposition. With the entire Publicis Groupe working as one team, Justin led the creation of Publicis Emil and the victory of Mercedes-Benz in 37 markets. Justin is also Chairman of Publicis Groupe for DACH and a member of the Publicis Groupe Management Committee. Justin was formerly the COO of Publicis Communications. In this role, he was responsible for improving the performance of our agency networks in Europe and Latin America, including Saatchi & Saatchi, Publicis Worldwide, Leo Burnett, MSL, Prodigious and others. Prior to that, Justin was the global COO of Saatchi & Saatchi. Prior to that, he was CEO of Saatchi & Saatchi China in Shanghai for five years. Justin has 14 years of client side experience. Before joining Publicis Groupe in 2009, he held senior positions at companies such as Unilever, Nokia, Orange and The Coca-Cola Company.

Justin has been at the forefront of Publicis Groupe’s transformation that has helped grow clients. He also has extensive client-side experience, having worked in senior marketing leadership positions for brands such as Orange, Nokia and Coca-Cola in APAC, EMEA and the US.
Justin remains on Publicis Groupe’s Management Committee, reporting to Arthur Sadoun, CEO of Publicis Groupe.
