Uzaki-chan wants to get together! Season 2 Episode 3 Summary
Shinichi sits alone on college campus playing the new games he just bought like he does every day. There’s a festival on campus in a few days, so he plans to take a day off and play games all day. When Uzaki meets him and finds out about it, she thinks he hasn’t changed much over the years. She thinks her senpai will end up being a loser because he spends so much time alone. Shinichi, on the other hand, says he doesn’t care what happens at the campus festival, so he might as well spend his time doing what pleases him.
When Itsuhito sees the two sitting together, he’s glad their relationship never changes. He sits down with the two to talk about the campus festival. He tells Shinichi and Uzaki that he’s been given the task of getting more people to come to the festival. To do this, he came up with an interesting plan. He plans to start a lottery. Visitors who spend more than 500 yen in a store are participating in a DC 6-Pro, which is one of the best gaming consoles you can buy right now.
Seeing how excited Uzaki is about the festival, Shinichi changes his mind and tells her he will be leaving. Shinichi wants to help Uzaki win the console, and Itsuhito tells them that attending the Occult Study Circle will give them a better chance. The next day, Uzaki and Shinichi go to different shops until they find the Occult Study Circle, which has a long line. Shinichi says they can wait because they are so tired. When they finally get the chance, they find out that their friend Ito-chan runs the shop.
Shinichi finally understands why so many girls were queuing when Ito tells them they specialize in love predictions. When the cards are finally dealt, the two people realize that they are a good match. It seems like they have a very stable and bright future together, which makes Ito wonder why they aren’t together yet. Shinichi and Uzaki, on the other hand, feel like they don’t know what to do and decide to leave without asking any more questions.
Students who have not yet opened a shop have a day off the day after the campus festival. Shinichi is still upset about what Ito-chan said about his relationship with Uzaki when he comes home. However, he notes that Uzaki doesn’t seem to care much. Since she is preparing dinner for him, Shinichi prepares the dishes and other things for dinner. He thinks Uzaki has probably forgotten, but doesn’t realize that she’s excited in her own way. Uzaki thinks Shinichi can’t do anything without her because they get along so well.
Uzaki decides to make sure he never feels alone because she is the only girl who takes care of him. But their bias leads them to even more extreme conclusions. She’s sure Shinichi likes her, so he’ll only see her as long as she hangs out with him. At some point his feelings grow so much that he can no longer live without them. Shinichi just sits and eats his food while her mind goes wild. However, he ends up noticing that Uzaki is smiling more than usual. Uzaki eventually asks her senpai if he has something to say to her because she wants something to happen.
Uzaki can barely contain her anger as she only asks for food. When she calms down a bit and hands him the spice, their hands actually touch and they both turn away. Even though they spend so much time together, a touch is enough to surprise them. Although they haven’t done anything to show how they feel, the idea of dating now crosses their minds. So the relationship between Uzaki and Shinichi has changed, but only slightly.
Uzaki-chan is definitely one of the great shows coming out in October. After a two-year hiatus, the show came back and fans couldn’t wait to get back in. There will be 13 episodes in total in the current season. Since the manga of Uzaki-chan Wants to Hang Out is still getting new chapters, there could be more seasons in the future.

Episode 2 of Uzaki-Chan Wants to Hang Out: A Summary
In the final episode of Uzaki-chan Wants to Hang Out, Hana and Shinichi fall asleep together in class and Sasaki shows a picture of them to Ami. Then the four go shopping together. Hana tells Ami that she and Shinichi went swimming together and Shinichi compliments her swimsuit. Ami immediately remembers telling Shinichi to love Hana, but Hana chooses to keep quiet to keep Ami happy.
Later, when they go to play soccer, they are challenged by a group of Sakaki’s college friends. Leading 12-0, Sakaki and his team played very well, but the game had to be abandoned because Sakaki accidentally injured all three of the other team’s players.
They then go to Hana’s house where Shinichi is making udon for Hana and her mother. He asks Hana’s mom to teach him something new, but when Hana tells her mom that Shinichi’s noodles aren’t cut properly, she decides to teach him how to do it right.
Hana’s mother asks her about her relationship with Shinichi. Hana thinks her mother knows about the time they slept together in college, but she doesn’t know. Hana’s mother begins to think that their relationship has moved to the next level because Hana didn’t explain it well enough. Kiri, Hana’s younger brother, ends up eating udon from Hana’s senpai, who mistakes Kiri for a woman.
Shinichi Sakurai enjoys spending his university days alone, but his shyness is put to the test when Hana Uzaki makes it his mission to make him more outgoing. Shinichi has agreed that the two are at least friends now, even though he wasn’t looking for a boyfriend. But could their relationship get even better in Season 2? If the trailer for the new episodes is any indication, a romance could be on the way.
Season 2 of Uzaki-chan Wants to Hang Out will have 13 episodes and will run until December 2022. Its popularity doesn’t seem to be waning, so a third season wouldn’t be too much of a surprise it hasn’t been confirmed yet.

The news was featured in a strange teaser video, which you can see above. It had the voice actors for the two main characters and the series’ mascot.
While fans were happy to hear the renewal was official, not many of them were too surprised that this popular anime was renewed. In its first season, Uzaki-chan Wants to Hang Out was a huge hit with fans in Japan and around the world. It received a solid 3.7/5 on Anime Planet and a 7.01/10 on MyAnimeList, which also had more than 217,000 reviews and over 380,000 members.
Studio ENGI still has plenty of footage from Take’s original manga series to use for Season 2. Anime Geek says that the ending of episode 12 was an adaptation of manga chapter 34. Since a total of 84 chapters have been released in Japan in eight full tankobon volumes, there could be enough material for three full TV seasons if the manga series continues at the same pace.
