In the end, Dr. Clinch laser surgery on Bream’s eyes to cure her chronically dry eyes and correct her vision. This allowed Bream to prepare for the premiere of her show Fox News at Night in fall 2017 without contact lenses.

She can now work long hours, following political candidates across the country as the top legal correspondent for Fox News, running, reading books and spending time with her yellow Labor Biscuit. She also has the freedom to travel.
