Charlotte Frostick recently died, nearly three years after another Santa Rosa baby died of an opiate overdose. Patrick O’Neill and his infant son Liam were found dead at their Santa Rosa home in September 2019, and fentanyl has been linked to their deaths.

15-month-old Charlotte Frosick died after possible exposure to fentanyl. Charlotte Frostick and Evan Frostick, the girl’s parents, are accused of killing their child and were taken into custody shortly after the incident.
Currently, her parents are accused of abuse. In her parents’ bedroom, police found 15-month-old Charlotte Frostick motionless next to a substance suspected to be fentanyl.
Police found drug paraphernalia on the bed and other surfaces in the bedroom when they searched the family’s shared bed, where their daughter had previously slept.
Charlotte was then pronounced dead at a medical facility. Evan, her father, was arrested. In 2019, a Santa Rosa father and his 13-month-old child were found dead of an accidental overdose of fentanyl. This situation is eerily identical to this incident. Other drug dealers would then be arrested by federal investigators.

The coroner’s investigation determined that Bernard had been taking fentanyl and had crashed at her home. Unfortunately, she and her child shared a bed with the narcotics and paraphernalia.
Numerous instances of this type of incident occurred in 2019. Fentanyl use was identified as the cause of death for Patrick and his 13-month-old son, who were found dead.
