George played her first game for Hampshire in a relegation playoff game against Oxfordshire in 2013. She took two wickets and scored 18 runs, helping her team win by five wickets. She didn’t play again until 2015, but both the County Championship and the Twenty20 Cup have been good for her. In each she took 8 and 7 gates. After that, George was a regular in the Hampshire team and when they won the league in 2018 he gave them second most wickets.

In March 2018, England selected George to play in a tri-series with India and Australia.

She scored three times against India A Women in a pre-series warm-up game. She starred in all three Tri-series games, but she didn’t make much of an impact.

In June 2018, George was part of England’s tri-series against New Zealand and South Africa as a member of the team.

At the time, the American didn’t have a postseason tournament, so George was named to the first team of all-conference players. In 2014 and 2015, George’s final two years of college, U of L was a first-time member of the Atlantic Coast Conference (ACC). She was a first-team All-ACC team in both 2014 and 2015, the year the Cardinals won their first-ever ACC team title in a sport. In 2015, George was also named ACC Player of the Year and ACC Setter of the Year. She graduated magna cum laude in Communications from the school and she also has a minor in Sports Administration.


George began competing in beauty pageants in 2015 when she was named Miss Kentucky USA 2015. She was allowed to represent Kentucky at Miss USA 2015 because she was the state champion. The event took place on July 12, 2015 at Raising Cane’s River Center Arena in Baton Rouge, Louisiana. George was in the top fifteen and reached the semifinals. He then won the fan voting and advanced to the top eleven. In the end, Olivia Jordan from Oklahoma took first place. She also competed against Brooke Fletcher from Georgia, who will also become a sportscaster.
