In Kimilili constituency, Hon Didmus Barasa shoots and kills Brian Olunga, Hon Brian Khaemba’s PA who is running against him. This news spread like wildfire across the internet.

Didmus Wekesa Barasa lives in Kenya. He was a former military commander and is now a politician. He has been a member of the Kimilili constituency since 2017. In 2021 he left the Jubilee Party and soon after joined the United Democratic Alliance.

Brian Olunga works as a lawyer for the High Court of Kenya. He is confident because he has been a lawyer for six years. On his Linkedin profile he says that he is the right contact person for all legal problems.

In 2013 he went to school at the University of Nairobi. He also received a Law Degree from the University of Kenya in 2018. The lawyer says that he got something special during his stay there.

Olunga has not said anything about what he did for a living. He is good at Microsoft, planning strategies, analyzing projects, writing reports, mobilizing people, doing business, researching and much more.

Didmus Barasa is in prison? How it was shot

Police are looking for Kimilili MP Didmus Barasa for his involvement in a shootout that killed a rival’s assistant. Barasa and his DAP opponent Brian Khaemba got into a fight at the Chebukwabi polling station where they were supposed to watch the votes being counted.

DCI for Bungoma Joseph Ondoro said Khaemba left and went to his car after the two got into an argument.

Ondoro says Joshua Nasokho, Khaemba’s driver, disobeyed orders and set the car on fire. Ondoro said, “Barasa went after him with four other guys and told them not to let Khaemba leave the premises.”

A police report states that at this point Barasa drew a gun, pointed it at Khaemba’s assistant Brian Olunga, shot him in the head, killing him instantly. He was already dead when he arrived at Kimilili District Hospital.

Ondoro said that Barasa wanted to talk about what happened. “He ran away, but we’re still trying to find him. He should just give up,” he said. At the time of writing, Olunga’s body was in the aforementioned hospital awaiting transfer to the Delight Funeral Home.
