Janelle Zielinski, who is she?
Janelle Zielinski was hired by the Detroit Police Department in March after graduating from police academy. On Tuesday, September 13, Detroit Police Chief James White found out that Zielinski runs an OnlyFans page. He immediately suspended her pending an investigation.
When authorities found out that a new Detroit cop had a profile on OnlyFans, she decided to quit. After Janelle Zielinski graduated from the Police Academy in March, she landed a job with the Detroit Police Department.
What made you stop?
When Detroit Police Chief James White found out Tuesday, September 13, that Zielinski had operated an OnlyFans page, she was placed on leave pending investigations. Then he found out that Zielinski had handed in his resignation letter the day before. Although the suspension began on September 23, she is no longer working as a result.
Although Zielinski’s private Instagram had a link to her explicit OnlyFans page, she didn’t upload photos of herself in uniform to OnlyFans, but she did share them there.
What was Graveline’s comment?
Chris Graveline, who heads the Detroit Police Department’s Professional Standards division, said, “One of our officers had a paywall set up on her Instagram account and was putting pornographic films on the other side of the paywall.”
“One of the most important parts of DPD is that you also have to have a clean personal life. Our officers are very alert and if anything like this is seen, the command will act immediately. Chief White takes these issues seriously because they affect the entire city of Detroit, not just DPD,” Graveline added.
Zielinski hasn’t said anything about her decision to quit.

Chris Graveline, who is in charge of the Detroit Police Department’s Professional Standards division, said:
“One of our officers had a paywall set up on her Instagram account and was posting pornographic videos behind the paywall.”
But the department later found out that Zielinski had left the force the day before. Her resignation letter would have taken effect on September 23, but she was suspended and forced to quit her job before that date.
Janelle Zielinski connected her Instagram account to her OnlyFans account.
Janelle Zielinski is a former Detroit police officer. In March, she graduated from the Police Academy and began working. After the department found out she had an active account on a subscription website where she posted adult content, she was fired.
Warden Graveline said police officers should “keep their private lives clean”.
“One of the most important parts of DPD is that you also have to keep your private life clean. Our officers are very careful, so the command acts very quickly when something like this happens. Chief White takes these things very seriously because they affect not just the Detroit Police Department, but the entire city.”
Zielinski posted her reaction to the event and the rumors about it on Instagram. The former police officer denied that she was “fired”. She said she left the force “to improve my life and to be with the people I care about and love.”
“Since everyone already knows, I’ll just say it… I quit DPD to improve my life and spend more time with the people I love and care about. I’ve never been fired or had any trouble. So, [cat emoji] who cannot handle the success of others. That’s not my fault.”
Janelle Zielinski’s Instagram account has more than 5,000 followers. The person who creates social media posts shares images of their workouts and images of their tattooed bodybuilder body. Janelle wrote this in the caption of one of her posts about her successful gym workout:
“I rode today in the 90s because of shoulders. After 17 hours of work it felt pretty good.”
In the video, she works out with dumbbells while her trainer shows her how to perform the moves.
According to the Daily Star, the link to Janelle Zielinski’s OF account was in her Instagram bio, and she is said to be charging $12 (£10.40) a month to see her photos.
The Daily Star says the Detroit Police Department has also confirmed that none of the adult content Janelle Zielinski posted showed her in her police uniform. Her Instagram account showed her wearing a police uniform, showing there was a connection.
Janelle Zielinski was a Detroit police officer. She quit after the department found pornographic content on her OnlyFans page. On Tuesday, September 13, Chief James White of the Detroit Police Department asked for an investigation into the matter and for her to be removed from the force, but he found that she had already resigned. After graduating in March, the former officer joined the police force.
Chris Graveline, who is in charge of the Detroit Police Department’s professional standards division, said Zielinski’s social media account was used to find her profile. Zielinski’s Instagram bio includes a link to her OnlyFans account, where she charges $12 a month to access her racy photos. Daily Star says police said the officer’s OnlyFans photos didn’t show her in uniform, but her Instagram photos did.
“One of our officers had a paywall set up on her Instagram account and was posting pornographic videos behind the paywall. One of the most important parts of DPD is that you have to keep your private life clean too. Our officers are very careful, so the command acts very quickly when something like this happens. Chief White takes these things very seriously because they affect not just the Detroit Police Department, but the entire city,” Graveline told Fox2.
Daily Mail says Zielinski wrote on her Instagram story on Tuesday 13 September: “I’m just going to say it as everyone already knows. I left the Detroit Police Department to better my life and to be with the people who care about me and love me.” She added, “I’ve never been fired or had any trouble. So if you’re an idiot and can’t handle the success of others, that’s on you, not me.”
This isn’t the first time a police officer has been fired for trying to make a living as an OnlyFans model. This year, Melissa Williams, a Colorado police officer, became an OnlyFans model. She was later fired for some cheeky pictures she posted online. Melissa Williams was a police officer for 28 years, so she had no choice but to retire from the Arapahoe County Sheriff’s Office in Colorado. She had worked there for more than 11 years.
The 46-year-old said she started posting her content on OnlyFans in May 2020 to spice up her sex life with her husband. Williams told Jam Press, “My personal sex life was completely separate and never got in the way of my job.” “I was shocked and scared because those two parts of my life had never met before.” received $30,000 when she left the force.
Andrea Zendejas, a former Texas police officer, also joined OnlyFans after quitting her job as a police officer. The ex-cop has an active account on the site, where people pay $15 a month to see her sizzling content. The former police officer describes herself on the site as an “All-American woman with a big butt, a gun, tattoos, and a love of lingerie.” Zendejas, who is a mother of two, also posts naughty things on her Instagram page, which has more than 25,000 followers.

Chief James White learned of the pornographic site Tuesday morning. He launched an investigation and suspended Zielinski, only to find out she had resigned the day before. In March she finished the police academy and started working at DPD in the same month.
Zielinski’s resignation letter was effective September 23, but she will no longer work because she was suspended.
Janelle Zielinski left the Detroit Police Department a day before Police Commissioner James White saw her Only Fans page.
FOX 2 legal analyst Charlie Langton, who doesn’t subscribe to Only Fans but knows the site, says what happened was legal.
“The question is if something you do outside of work can fire you,” Charlie said. “She wasn’t in uniform, it was closing time etc, as far as I know. Let’s assume these things are true because I think they are. Nobody is entitled to a job and that is the bottom line. Most people in this world are what people call “contributors at will.” What does that mean? That means your boss can fire you for any reason.”
Does this apply to people who work for the city or the country? Yes, but there might be an exception if you have a contract or are part of a union.
“Most contracts have what is called a ‘morality clause’. What does that mean? I’m not sure. It’s not clear what it means.” he said.
But Charlie said Ryan Ermanni would be removed from FOX 2 if he was on Only Fans, which he isn’t.
“Ultimately, no one has the right to a job where everyone only works when the boss wants it. So if you’re doing a questionable activity, you’re out,” Charlie said.
Police said Zielinski was not wearing a uniform on her Only Fans page, but she was wearing uniform in photos linked to Only Fans on her Instagram page.
Krista Symansic said that it is legal to have an OnlyFans account, but she explained why having a page as an officer could cause problems.
“As long as she doesn’t do anything illegal. Can OnlyFans be used? “She told me, ‘I could see that’s a conflict of interest since she’s promoting it on Instagram while promoting being a cop at the same time.’
