The long-awaited Selling Sunset spinoff series is now available. Selling the OC is a Netflix Original Series that began August 24 and is about 11 real estate agents who work in the Oppenheim Group’s Orange County office.
Los Angeles was definitely glamorous, but Southern California could have more to offer. The show’s attitude and setup is intended to be like nothing viewers have ever seen before.
One of the eager agents you’ll meet this season is Polly Brindle, a feisty Brit who used to be a model. “The first year I worked in business was great. It was a madhouse,” she makes clear.
Polly sat down with Women’s Health before the film came out to talk about her childhood, how she felt at home in the O Group, her struggles with the Alexandras and other things including that beach scene.

He was also from Europe, but since she was the one with the visa when he moved to the US, he had to go back to his home country and now he can’t even enter, she says. She also says she has no regrets. “If you fuck me, I’ll walk away because I know what I’m worth, and I won’t let people disrespect me or jump on me.” That goes for both the people she dates and also for the people with whom she works.
Polly’s career as a model
Polly left the north of England as a teenager to become a successful model, but not before working in an architectural practice, running a bar, running a restaurant and other jobs. “I’m a scammer and I pushed. I just throw things at the wall and see what sticks. Polly says, “I’m very flexible that way.” IMDb says she has had small roles in three films including The Glass Man, Jingle Dead 2 and Rush, where she is credited as Polly Furnival.
Polly’s real estate experience
After Polly moved to California in 2011, her bio on the O Group team page states that she first got involved in design and architecture. She told Bustle that she worked for an architectural rendering company and closed her shop until the pandemic began in 2020. She says she wanted more stability, so she got her real estate license and moved to the OC. When casting directors called her around the same time she met Jason Oppenheim, the rest is history.
