Rula doesn’t leave Coronation Street. Instead, she will reprise her role as Claudia Colby, a role she no longer plays in 2020. She has been a regular on the ITV soap opera since 2009. In 2018, the year she began dating Ken Barlow on the show, she went back to work full-time.
First, Claudia convinced Ken to sell his house and move into a nice retirement community before convincing him to buy Audrey’s salon. But Ken eventually decided the high life wasn’t for him, so he broke up with Claudia and went back to Weatherfield. The show’s creators have yet to say what will happen when it returns because ITV will be showing it around the world next week.

Biography of Rula Lenska
Lenska was born in the EVAC American Military Hospital, a former Polish refugee camp, in the English village of Diddington. Before the war, her family owned a castle and estate in Kazimierza Wielka, Poland. They were Polish nobles with Pomeranian coats of arms.
Before Germany took over Poland, her father, Major Graf Ludwik Ubieski, worked for Poland’s Foreign Minister Jozef Beck. Rula was one of her parents’ three children. In the late 1950s and early 1960s her sister Anna was a film actress.
